Super Commando Dhruva (सुपर कमाण्डो ध्रुव ) is an Indian comic book character published by Raj Comics. The name Dhruva(Hindi : ध्रुव) meaning Pole Star, indicates one who remains in position no matter what
happens. The character was created by writer and artist Anupam Sinha in the year 1987. A highly successful and acclaimed character, Dhruva is considered an icon of Raj Comics on equal footing along with Nagraj and Doga. The character's appearance has had little change over the years with the main components of his attire remaining the same; yellow and sky blue costume with his belt always having the star buckle. The character Dhruva is unique in someways, neither donning a mask nor having any alter ego and being founder of a fictionalgovernment approved crime fighter organization Star Commando Force
